Access Bars® are a soft touch to 32 specific points on the head. When gently touched by Mary, these points release ‘stuck’ thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations and attitudes making room for new possibilities to open up for you and life gets much easier.
Things like negative thought patterns, or that endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released to make space for the calm you’ve been seeking.

Angelic Reiki® is a gentle yet powerful complementary therapy which uses the energies of the angelic realms to bring you a greater sense of peace, harmony and well-being. Helping to bring you back to being ‘YOU’.
Just lie back and relax as the angels take charge.
During the treatment, Mary places her hands on or over your clothed body as you lie on a therapy couch (or you can be seated in a chair). You will feel relaxed, warm and held as the angels embrace you in their blissful energies.

Mary gently places her hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the clothed body allowing universal life-force energy to flow to where it is needed most.
It is a marvellous relaxation process promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Access All Angels offers people a space to reconnect to themselves. So often we can feel lost or stuck and we forget that we can heal ourselves. Reiki and Access Bars are holistic healing therapies Mary can offer you to help you reconnect with yourself.
You can come to as many or as few sessions as you would like. Your healing is your journey and you should never feel pressure from a practitioner to attend more than you would like.
Access All Angels sessions are only available on Sundays from 10:00am – 4:00pm
